Service Agreement

1. Service Scope

Make My Registry provides professional legal and business services including but not limited to:

• Property Registration Services
• GST Registration and Compliance
• Court Marriage Registration
• Passport Application Services
• Startup Registration
• Income Tax Return Filing
• Legal Documentation Services

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Pay fees as agreed upon
• Cooperate throughout the service process
• Inform us of any changes in circumstances

3. Our Commitments

• Provide professional and competent services
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Keep clients informed of progress
• Complete services within agreed timeframes
• Ensure legal compliance in all services

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete documentation, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
